Let cricket be the hustle.
A note from our founder
I started building BAILS because I have lived the struggle myself. As a professional cricketer, I managed to monetize my cricketing skills, complete my degree through a sports quota, and later switch to jobs. But along the way, I saw so many talented cricketers unable to do the same.
Instead, they were forced to depend on random gigs on apps like Rapido or Swiggy just to support themselves, while the game they love did not pay them back enough. That hit me hard.
Why not flip it around and let cricket itself be the hustle? Whether you are a net bowler, sidearm specialist, coach, scorer or umpire, your passion for the game should open doors, not close them.
That is why BAILS exists. It is not just another freelance app. It is my attempt to build the infrastructure for a sports marketplace that is hyperlocal, AI powered, and community first. Hopefully you will feel that when you use it, and BAILS becomes the place where your love for cricket pays.

Do I need an account to browse experts?
No. You can browse net bowlers, coaches and other experts near you without signing up. You need an account to message, book or pay.
What do I pay?
The expert’s listed rate plus a 10% platform fee, both shown before you pay. Experts set their own rates; BAILS never marks them up. Pay online with UPI, card or net banking, and BAILS coins can cover up to 5% of a booking.
Can I negotiate the price?
Yes. Send an offer with your own price. The expert can accept, decline or counter, and nothing is charged until they accept. Once they do, you pay to confirm.
What is the start code for?
Share it with your expert at the venue when they arrive. Entering it starts the session. Never share it before they show up.
What if I cancel or need to reschedule?
Cancel 24 hours or more before your session for a full refund, 12 to 24 hours for 50%, and under 12 hours for no refund. Rescheduling is free more than 12 hours out, or ₹99 within 12 hours, once per booking. If the expert does not show up, you get a full refund.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Are experts verified?
Experts submit KYC documents that the BAILS team reviews, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Every profile shows ratings from completed, paid sessions.
What if something goes wrong in a session?
Report an issue from the booking. It is paused while the BAILS team reviews both sides, and refunds follow the cancellation policy.
How do I log a session in my AI Sports Diary?
Once you and the expert both mark the session complete, a Log this session card appears on the booking and in your diary. Type or speak how it went; your AI coach turns it into a plan for the next one.
Which languages does NISHH.AI, the AI coach, speak?
English, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi and Urdu, plus Tanglish and Hinglish, by voice or text.
Can I book the same expert again?
Yes. Tap Book Again on a past booking, or save them to your favourites and book them in a tap.
Can I book for my son or daughter?
Yes. Book from your account and share the start code with your child at the nets.
