To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information during and after registration, and you shall be responsible for all acts done through your registered account on the Platform.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials offered on this Platform for any specific purpose. You acknowledge that such information may contain inaccuracies or errors.

Your use of our Services and the Platform is solely at your own risk and discretion for which we shall not be liable to you in any manner. You are required to independently assess and ensure that the Services meet your requirements.

The contents of the Platform and the Services are proprietary to us and are licensed to us. You will not have any authority to claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in its contents.

You acknowledge that unauthorized use of the Platform and/or the Services may lead to action against you as per these Terms of Use and/or applicable laws.

You agree to pay us the charges associated with availing the Services.

You agree not to use the Platform and/or Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by these Terms, or Indian or local laws that might apply to you.

You agree and acknowledge that the Platform may contain links to other third party websites. On accessing these links, you will be governed by the terms of use and privacy policy of such third party websites.

You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner.

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Platform Owner, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other policies, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

The parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.

These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

All concerns or communications relating to these Terms must be communicated to us using the contact information provided on this website.

BAILS coins are a promotional reward, not money. Coins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, gifted or exchanged for cash or for anything outside BAILS.

Coins can be used at checkout as a discount on a booking, where 1 coin equals ₹1. Coins can cover up to 5% of the price of any one booking; the rest is paid normally.

Coins expire 12 months after the day you earn them, and the oldest coins are used first. We will try to notify you about 30 days before coins expire, but expiry applies whether or not you see the notification.

Coins are earned through activities such as daily and weekly streaks, first-time actions, booking milestones, reviews, booking rewards on paid bookings, referrals and shared links. Coin amounts and rules can change at any time, and changes apply to coins earned after the change.

Referral coins are credited only after the person you referred has hired someone, or been hired, on a paid booking. Until then the referral shows as pending. There is no limit on referrals, but each qualifying referral is rewarded once.

We may withhold, reverse or cancel coins, and suspend rewards on an account, in cases of suspected fraud, fake or duplicate accounts, self-referral, misuse of share links, or bookings that are cancelled, refunded or disputed. Coins may also be forfeited if your account is terminated for breach of these Terms.

Freelancers may qualify for a monthly performance incentive of 5% of the earnings from sessions paid through BAILS in that calendar month, up to ₹1,500 a month. To qualify for a month you must meet the eligibility conditions shown on the Rewards screen, which include a minimum number of completed sessions, a minimum average rating, no disputes resolved against you, a limit on cancellations by you, and an account in good standing.

The monthly incentive is paid after the month ends into your earnings wallet and is subject to the same clearing period and withdrawal rules as session earnings. Sessions paid outside the platform do not count. We may withhold or reverse an incentive for disputes, refunds, chargebacks or fraud, and may deduct any tax required by law, such as tax deducted at source.

Rewards, coins and incentives are offered at our discretion. We may change, pause or end any part of the rewards programme by updating these Terms, and nothing in the programme creates a right to future rewards.
