Switch to freelancer mode from your profile, complete your service listings, and submit KYC verification. Once approved, clients can find and book you.

Accepted Answer

Freelancers submit KYC documents that our team reviews, typically within 24-48 hours, before they can accept bookings.

What if something goes wrong during a session?

Contact support through the Contact page or the in-app Support section — our team reviews disputes and can issue a refund where the cancellation policy applies.

Question 7

How do freelancer payouts work?

Accepted Answer

Earnings go to your BAILS wallet after a session is completed. You can withdraw to your bank account, with a minimum of ₹500 and a maximum of ₹50,000 per request.

Question 8

Can I switch between being a client and a freelancer?

Accepted Answer

Yes — your account can hold both roles. Switch anytime from your profile without creating a separate account.
